Utility Assistance

Through a collaborative effort between The Salvation Army and Columbia Gas, the HeatShare program is able to assist thousands of individuals with payment of their natural gas bill.

Who is eligible: Columbia Gas customers with a shut-off notice who are at or below 150% of the poverty level. Program applicants must apply at the Center for Worship and Service in their area.

How to access the program: Contact The Salvation Army Center for Worship and Service Center in your area for an appointment between April 10 and June 1. Program applicants must apply at the Center for Worship and Service in their area.
